Welcome to E-Cabs. By accessing or using our website at e-cabs.gr, mobile application, or transportation services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and E-Cabs ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

E-Cabs provides taxi and transportation services in Mykonos, Greece. Our Services include:

• Point-to-point transportation services
• Airport and port transfers
• Hourly rentals and island tours
• Online and telephone booking systems
• Mobile application for ride booking (when available)

We act as a transportation service provider connecting passengers with professional drivers. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Provide accurate and complete information when booking
• Not be prohibited from using our Services under applicable laws

When you create an account with us, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You may not:

• Create an account using false or misleading information
• Create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes
• Share your account credentials with others
• Transfer your account to another person

Booking Process:

1. Select your pickup location, destination, date, and time
2. Choose your preferred vehicle type
3. Provide passenger details and any special requirements
4. Review and confirm your booking details
5. Receive booking confirmation via email/SMS

Booking Confirmation:

A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email or SMS from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.

Pricing:

• All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes
• Prices are based on the route, vehicle type, and time of day
• Fixed prices are guaranteed for pre-booked rides
• Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra luggage, or special requests
• Prices may vary during peak seasons or special events

Payment Methods:

• Cash (EUR) - paid directly to the driver
• Credit/Debit Cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express
• Online payment via our website or app

Payment Terms:

• Payment is due at the time of service completion unless otherwise arranged
• For pre-paid bookings, payment is processed at the time of booking
• Credit card details must be provided for guaranteed reservations
• Refunds for cancellations are processed within 5-10 business days

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Treat drivers and staff with respect and courtesy
• Be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time
• Provide accurate pickup and drop-off addresses
• Not engage in any illegal activities during the ride
• Not consume alcohol or use drugs in the vehicle
• Not smoke in the vehicle (unless explicitly permitted)
• Not damage or vandalize the vehicle
• Wear seatbelts as required by law
• Ensure children use appropriate car seats
• Not exceed the vehicle's passenger capacity

Prohibited Activities:

• Verbal or physical abuse toward drivers or staff
• Transportation of illegal goods or substances
• Fraudulent use of payment methods
• Deliberate fare evasion
• Creating disturbances or unsafe conditions

Our drivers have the right to:

• Refuse service to intoxicated or disruptive passengers
• Request verification of passenger identity for safety purposes
• End a trip early if passenger behavior becomes inappropriate or dangerous
• Charge cleaning fees for damage or excessive mess (€50-200)
• Report violations of these Terms to management and authorities
• Take necessary action to ensure their own safety and that of other passengers

Our Liability:

• All our vehicles are fully insured as required by Greek law
• We maintain liability insurance for passenger transportation
• Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Limitations:

• We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control
• We are not liable for personal belongings left in vehicles (though we will attempt to return lost items)
• We are not responsible for missed flights, ferries, or appointments
• Maximum liability for property damage is limited to €500 per incident

All content on our website and mobile application, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of E-Cabs or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without written authorization
• Reverse engineer or decompile our software
• Create derivative works based on our Services

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.

Arbitration:

For disputes involving amounts less than €5,000, we encourage resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms of Use
• Fraudulent activity or payment disputes
• Abusive or threatening behavior
• Any conduct we deem harmful to our business or other users

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not affect any outstanding obligations or liabilities.

Entire Agreement:

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and E-Cabs.

Severability:

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver:

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment:

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time.
